Case proceed progresCase production is the most complex parts for watches production. It will say the key point of watch quality. 

It starts from molding. Perfecting molding will make good  blank case and make the final high quality watches. 

But it also will make the molding cost. After molding and case blank, the case will go to turning, milling, grinding and drilling the hole/polish&brush&sandblasted/CNC.etc. 

Finally, it will go to case washing,water resistant test, QC and assembly.  Some photos below for your reference.
